I have made pots on Vanguard Court for over 16 years – initially as apprentice to Edmund de Waal and in my own studio since 1998. All the pots in my collection will do a job if you want them to and include cups, beakers, bowls, teapots, lidded jars and pots for flowers. They are thrown Limoges porcelain glazed using a glossy black/brown tenmoku and a vivid, pale blue celadon. I exhibit in the UK and internationally, most recently at the Mashiko Museum of Ceramic Art in Japan. My work is held in museum collections including the V&A and Ashmolean Museums.
