Vanguard Court is home to a thriving community of artists, artisans and creative small businesses in South East London, a stone’s throw from Camberwell College of Arts. Vanguard’s bright and airy studios are located on either side of a quiet, cobbled cul-de-sac on the site of an old suitcase factory in the heart of Camberwell, London SE5.
We have numerous units, studios and workshops available to let.
